Prequel.

I learned my lesson from the last time I was on a plane: to pack light.

Yeah, it's a no brainer. But it's hard to execute while packing, thinking that some items are necessities when really, you haven't even used it in months.

I remember the last time I was flying back from London, I brought this HUGE Samsonite from home. It was more than half my size in height and nearly triple my size in width. And it was loaded with souvenirs and clothing...clothing I had brought from home which I only wore half of during my few months there.

So I brought this luggage to Victoria station en route to the airport....but I had to the get to street level.

Guess what: No elevator, no escalator. Just stairs.

So I sighed a big ol' sigh, slowly rolled up my sleeves in reluctance as I prepared to lift this humongous piece of luggage WITH a 60L backpack on my back.

Then all of a sudden, this man took a handle of my luggage, lifted this monstrocity from the bottom to and placed it on top of the stairs. He didn't even look back as he ran away and yelled out "CHILVARY IS NOT DEAD!".

I was still at the bottom of the stairs with mouth gaping in disbelief.

He was so fast I couldn't even thank him.

Anyway, the morale of the story is:
a) Chilvary: It's not dead.
b) Don't carry more than one is able to transport because it's a total drag man.
